6. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
We use tracking technologies for analytics and advertising to improve your experience and support our Services.
Google AdSense and DoubleClick Cookie
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of the DoubleClick cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like Facebook or X). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services.
8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it.
9. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. Despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please access our Services within a secure environment.
10. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
You can withdraw consent, opt-out of marketing communications, and review, change, or terminate your account at any time. In some regions (like the EEA and UK), you have additional rights including the right to object to processing, to request restriction of processing, and the right to data portability.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@teqvault.online or submit a data subject access request.
11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
12. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Categories of Personal Information We Collect: In the past 12 months, we may have collected identifiers (names, email, device IDs, IP addresses), usage data, and geolocation data (only where explicitly granted). We do not collect biometric information, sensitive personal info, or professional/education records.
You have the right to know, access, correct, delete, obtain copies of your data, non-discrimination, and opt-out of targeted advertising or sale of personal information. You can exercise these rights by submitting a data subject access request or contacting us at support@teqvault.online.
13. DO OTHER REGIONS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
If you are located in Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information under applicable local laws. Please contact us at support@teqvault.online to learn more about and exercise any such rights.
14. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this Privacy Notice frequently to stay informed.
15. HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?
If you have questions or comments about this notice, you may email us at support@teqvault.online or contact us at:
Teq Vault (teqvault.online & eyuforyia.com)
16. HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
Based on the applicable laws of your country or state of residence, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, details about how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, or delete your personal information. To request to review, update, or delete your personal information, please submit a data subject access request by contacting us at support@teqvault.online.
17. CONTACTS PERMISSIONS
In compliance with Google Play's Contacts Permissions policy, the App does not request READ_CONTACTS, WRITE_CONTACTS, or GET_ACCOUNTS permissions for broad access to your contact list. Where a feature requires selecting a contact (e.g., inviting a friend to play), we exclusively use the Android Contact Picker — a secure, system-managed interface that lets you choose a single contact without granting the App access to your full address book. This minimizes data collection and protects your privacy.
18. LOCATION PERMISSIONS
In compliance with Google Play's updated Location Permissions policy, if the App requests precise location access, it does so using the Android location button as the recommended minimum scope. Location access is requested only in the foreground, only when a user-initiated feature requires it, and only for the duration of that feature's use.
We do not use geofencing as a foreground service use case. If geofencing functionality is offered, it is implemented via the Android Geofence API, which does not require a foreground service permission. You may revoke location access at any time in your device's app settings.
19. PHOTO & VIDEO PERMISSIONS
In compliance with Google Play's Photo and Video Permissions policy, the App requests access to photos or videos only when a specific, user-initiated action requires it — for example, uploading a profile picture. We use the Android photo picker where applicable, which gives you precise control over which files are shared. We do not access, store, or share your media files beyond the scope of the action you have requested.
20. ACCOUNT TRANSFER POLICY
In compliance with Google Play's Account Transfer policy, any transfer of our developer account or its associated apps is conducted exclusively through the "Transfer ownership" workflow available within the Google Play Console. We do not use unofficial methods to transfer account ownership. This ensures continuity of policy compliance and user data protections across any ownership change.
21. AGE-RESTRICTED CONTENT & FUNCTIONALITY
Quetiemals is a game intended for general audiences. To the extent the App incorporates any features that may qualify as age-restricted under Google Play's Age-Restricted Content and Functionality policy (such as social or matchmaking features that are incidental to core gameplay), we implement effective age-gating mechanisms to prevent minors from accessing those features.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at support@teqvault.online so we can promptly delete it.
